Double-Sided Thermoforming Vacuum Packaging Machine – DLZ-420/520

The DLZ-420/520 is designed for double-sided thermoforming packaging, with two forming cavities operating simultaneously to produce two packs per cycle according to the mold configuration. This design increases output per cycle without requiring a higher cycle speed. Sealing and cutting operations are synchronized on both sides.

The machine supports soft film, hard film, and aluminum foil. Multi-step variable pitch can be adjusted for different pack sizes and formats. Interchangeable mold configurations allow the machine to be set up for different products and packaging formats. Vacuum packaging, modified atmosphere packaging, and nitrogen flushing options are available according to the required configuration.

The machine uses a Schneider PLC and servo control system. The supplier lists the main beam as 304 stainless steel. Two models are offered: DLZ-420 and DLZ-520, with differences in film width, power, dimensions, and forming depth. The published packaging speed for both models is 6–12 cycles per minute; confirm achievable speed for the intended product, mold, and configuration.
